1. Neck - Measure around neck base where shirt fits.
2. Chest - Measure around fullest part with arms lowered for the most accurate measurement. Make sure the tape is flat across the back.
3. Waist - Measure around the narrowest point on the waistline.
4. Hips - Feet together, measure around the fullest part.
5. Inside Leg - Measure from highest point at crotch to ankle bone.
